Karajan artists in interview: Janet Perry

The soprano Janet Perry took part in important Karajan opera projects – in “Parsifal”, “The Marriage of Figaro”, as Nanetta in “Falstaff”, Sophie in “Der Rosenkavalier”, Papagena in “The Magic Flute” and as Micaëla in “Carmen”.

She also appeared in recordings of Mozart’s C minor mass and Beethoven’s ninth symphony. In 2021, our colleague Julia Binek talked to her about her work with Karajan. Watch the entire interview here.
